Today I decided to do some quick strength training with one of my favorite workout DVDS: Tank Top Arms, Bikini Belly, Boy Short Bottom. I like this one because it's broken up into a few different sections: arms, abs, legs, or a total body workout. Each workout is about 15 minutes and you can pick and choose the ones you want to do. Tonight I just did the 15 minute total body workout and definitely felt the burn.
|This DVD is also fun because she says things like "perk up that rear view."|
|Maddux sat next to me on the floor part of my workout to make sure I was doing all my exercises. I feel like he'll hold me accountable to my goals ;-)|
